Sacramento Attorney Bios
Mr. Alin Cintean is a former prosecutor who has a passion for defending your rights. He is a graduate of the UOP, McGeorge School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree as well as a Certificate of Advocacy. He earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento.
Mr. Cintean worked with the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office for a total of seven years. As Deputy District Attorney, he prosecuted a large number of misdemeanor and felony cases. As part of the Felony Jury Trial Team, attorney Cintean successfully prosecuted, to jury trial, several serious "strike" cases. During his tenure in the Superior Court Review unit, Mr. Cintean handled plea negotiations in hundreds of felony cases, including but not limited to the following: theft, drug possession, drug sales, arson, assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder.
As a defense attorney, Alin Cintean represents his clients with a high degree of competence. His good reputation as a fair and aggressive attorney allows him to bring cases to a favorable resolution prior to jury trial. When cases do go to trial, attorney Cintean represents his clients' interests with the greatest degree of professionalism.

David Bonilla was a Deputy District Attorney at the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office from 2005 to 2010. While working at the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office, Mr. Bonilla successfully completed jury trials involving armed robbery, burglary, assault with a deadly weapon, special gang allegations cases, narcotics sales, driving under the influence, as well as cases involving a defendant's third strike. Mr. Bonilla has handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases varying in type and complexity, which involved offenses such as: embezzlement, identity theft, marijuana sales and cultivation, narcotic trafficking, property theft, assaults, sex offenses, and attempted murder. Mr. Bonilla has also spent time working in Sacramento County's juvenile court and traffic court divisions.
Mr. Bonilla graduated McGeorge School of Law with "Great Distinction", and was named to the "Order of the Coif", finishing in the top 7% of his law school class. While in law school Mr. Bonilla was also named to the "Traynor Honor Society" and received the top student "Witkin Award" for his criminal law and labor law class. Mr. Bonilla also graduated California State University Fresno Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in public administration.
